If you don’t see an appointment time that you’re looking for, please text (843)608-1615 for possible accommodations. An active credit card on file is required for all bookings.

Cancellations: 

If you are running late, we do have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation and a 50% charge. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made via website, call or text more than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

 

Discounts/Promotions:

Specials or promotional offers at DermaDoll Esthetics cannot be combined with other on-going specials. Only one discount/promotion can be applied to your appointment. Services must be booked and used during the promotional period.

Children/Guests:

We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. We simply do not have room to accommodate other people lingering around during your service.  As much as we love kids, we ask that you leave them at home during your appointment. There is equipment in the space that is not suitable for children and we don’t need any accidents.

 

All guests must be 18+. Any persons younger than 16 must have a written and signed parental consent with the youngest age being 16 years old from the day of appointment.

Offsite Makeup Services:

Our makeup services are offered onsite only. We do not travel to offsite locations.

Product Returns:

Returns of products will ONLY be accepted if all seals are completely intact. No exceptions.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are final sale and may not be redeemed for cash. No exceptions.​

Service Packages:

All service packages must be paid in full upfront. If any of your services are cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, this will still count as one of your treatments. Wax packages can be purchased for any of the same waxing service.​

Giveaway Prizes:

• Products: product giveaway must be claimed within 24 hours. 

• Services: services must be redeemed within 90 days of claiming your prize. If cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit this prize.
